The community lost a beautiful soul and a vibrant light; on the evening of June 11, Sarah Elizabeth Budka lost her life. For anyone who knew her, you know what a beautiful person she was: with her never ending smile, positive outlook, generosity, and her quick wit, Sarah was a rare and hard to find soul. Once friends, you were friends for life; her family became your family as she became a part of yours. Sarah touched your life just by being near her. As we grieve for the loss of our friend and while we wait for services, the family is asking for donations to help with the cost of final expenses and for a memorial. Donations can be made at Wells Fargo under the Sarah Budka Benefit Memorial Fund. Details about local services will be posted as soon as possible.
