CBMR hosts ski-mo nationals

The GORE-TEX U.S. Nationals Ski Mountaineering Race took place this past weekend, March 14-16, at Crested Butte Mountain Resort. Numerous local racers competed in the event. Seen here, Gunnison’s Jon Brown crests a climb, while Janelle Smiley (who took top honors in the women’s individual race) is, aptly, all smiles.
