CB’s Kremer wins Zegama Marathon in Spain

Mud and rain couldn’t slow her down. In what has been called “one of the most dynamic races we’ve seen in a long time” by Meghan Hicks of irunfar.com, Crested Butte’s Stevie Kremer sealed her status as one of the best ultra trail-runners on the planet at the 2014 Zegama Marathon in northern Spain May 25. The race itself was run in less- than- ideal conditions, on slippery trails and over undulating terrain — a true mountain race.
