An ode to being in the battle

High school homecoming week is here. Now there’s something to cheer about.

This year, however, Cowboy athletic fans are mostly going to have to find solace in small victories. The football team has lost its first three games by a combined score of 143-18. The softball squad has yet to notch their first regular season victory.
