Sheriffs’ gun lawsuit dismissed

 

 

The long game of tug-of-war between a number of Colorado sheriffs and Colorado gun control advocates entered a new phase last week. The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals declined to hear a 2013 lawsuit brought by a group of sheriffs challenging the constitutionality of a pair of laws passed that year by the Colorado legislature.
