Common ground on Cebolla Creek

I was working on explaining what exactly I do for Trout Unlimited when Chris asked a question I’ve been presented several times in the last couple years: “How can we prevent so many fish from getting trapped in our irrigation ditches?” Chris Athey works for Deldorita Ranches, a historic cattle operation on Cebolla Creek, about 25 minutes south of Gunnison. Cebolla Creek, which is a productive fishery, runs through approximately three miles of the ranch.
