They live down the street, across the hall and, sometimes, in their cars on public lands. You may even know one. I’m talking about “long-haired, maggotinfested hippy freaks.” Those are the words of Tim Wigley, president of the pro-oil-and-gas group Western Energy Alliance, during the Western Conservative Summit in Denver Saturday.
