Complex not at capacity, despite housing challenges

It’s a paradox in paradise. On the eve of a grand opening celebration for a 30-unit affordable rental complex in Crested Butte, just more than half of the building’s units are full. That’s despite an application process for Anthracite Place that began more than six months ago — and what many have deemed a persisting housing crisis.
