Low-income tax credits make project a reality

An affordable housing project in Crested Butte received a major shot in the arm last week. The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) announced May 20 that the Caddis Flats rental complex will receive $539,000 in annual low-income tax credits — or a total of $5.39 million over a 10-year period.
