Debate to define platforms prior to primary

It’s the county’s first primary election in a decade. William Spicer and Kent Fulton are vying to represent the Democratic Party in the race for Gunnison County treasurer this coming November. While both tout experience as their greatest strength, they come from different backgrounds.
