Attempts to maintain easements via counter-proposal

Irwin-area residents have countered plans for a year-round commercial resort near the historic mining townsite with a proposal of their own. In the latest turn in the fight over a high-end development 12 miles west of Crested Butte, Lake Irwin Coalition (LIC) unveiled this week what it calls a “Community Alternative Plan.”
