City leaders, stakeholders at odds over stipulated use

A pot tax proposal is expected to appear on ballots in the City of Gunnison this coming November, but whether the question will stipulate how revenues would be spent may not. That’s concerning to both would-be proprietors and leaders in the realm of substance abuse prevention.
