Cowboys win two, lose one in Gunnison
GHS Baseball — Gunnison High School (GHS) baseball is all about speed. Hot, nasty, rebellious speed. Whether that meant the fire behind the ball leaving Nicky Romano’s hand, or the swift feet of the Cowboys when stealing bases, they did not disappoint the home crowd in a trio of games played at Cowboy Memorial Field over the course of the past week. The first two of those games Gunnison (10-1) won, before losing a close match-up Tuesday.
