Gunnison’s U-18 Soccer team seeing success

Any thing wor th doing takes time. That’s been the concept that’s driven the Gunnison boys U-18 soccer team. Two years ago, the team entered the Western Colorado City League (WCCL). Since then, the Gunnison squad has experienced more losses than wins. They were a team comprised of new players, playing against cohesive high school teams. Despite their initial lack of familiarity with each other, coach Damon Parker began building a program that would shift momentum in just three short years.
