You hear it all the time. “People in Gunnison are so incredibly friendly.” This is a wonderful trait to have as one of your signature community characteristics. And I believe that it really is true — first-time visitors and new residents to our area routinely are overwhelmed by the warmth and generosity that they feel emanating from our local residents.
