Deputy county attorney under investigation

Gunnison County Deputy Attorney Art Trezise is the subject of a Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) inquiry. A witness in a Crested Butte South sexual assault investigation has accused Trezise of attempting to warn suspects Kendall Collins and his wife Carol that police had obtained a warrant to search their home. Trezise is not implicated in the alleged assault.
