Rain showers Tuesday evening were no match for participants in the inaugural Cattlemen’s Days Ranch Rodeo, organized by the Gunnison Roping Club. They took the weather in stride while competing in four events — calf branding, pen and doctor, trailer loading and team sorting — that showcased skills used in everyday ranching operations.
