County employees to face off in November

Gunnison County Assessor’s Office employee William Spicer won the Democratic nod for county treasurer in Tuesday’s primary election, edging out Planning Commission Chairman Kent Fulton by nearly a three-toone margin. Spicer will face Republican candidate and Deputy County Treasurer Debbie Dunbar in November’s general election.
